Powwow

Powwow is in a small iPhone beta. Email hello@dailypowwow.com if something breaks or feels confusing. A screenshot helps. Please leave your child's saved answers out of the email.

Use one primary iPhone during beta

Powwow keeps its family list, history, and saved answers on the phone where they were entered. A second parent can install the app, but the two phones will have separate archives. Pick one primary iPhone for now if you want the memory list to stay together.

If the reminder does not arrive

  1. Open Powwow and go to Settings.
  2. Check the reminder time.
  3. If Settings says notifications are off, tap “Open iPhone Settings.”
  4. Allow notifications, then return to Powwow once so the next reminders can be scheduled.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, reminder time, and whether Powwow had been force-quit when you contact us.

Saved answers

Tap Save the Answers, choose who spoke, type what they said, and save. You can add another answer before closing the sheet. Memories lists saved nights in chronological order.

Exporting your archive

Open Settings and tap Export everything. Powwow creates a file on your phone and opens the iOS share sheet. You decide where that file goes.

Deleting or reinstalling

Delete everything in Settings removes the local archive. Removing the app from your iPhone may remove it too. Export first if you want a copy. We do not have a server copy and cannot recover a deleted archive.

Beta feedback

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and where you got stuck. We are testing whether families return to the conversation, so honest “we forgot” feedback helps as much as a bug report.
